Wenco was awarded the prestigious ‘Structural Mechanical Piping Package’ (SMP) including Feedwater, Strainers, UF, RO Plant, Degasser, Recycled Water PS & Chemical Area

WENCO Scope

• Supply and Install CS, UPVC, SS, HDPE, CS Pipes and Fittings
• Gaskets, Fasteners, Painting, Anchor bolts, Grouting & Chemical Injections
• Installation of Mechanical equipment & Structures – Pumps & Valves
• Supply & Install compressed air tubing from compressed air headers to actuated and control valves or solenoid valves
• Install Major pipe supports around the pumps, strainers and platforms
• Supply and install all equipment, valve and instrument tags as per project specification
• Installation of RO & UF Membranes
• Complete FEED water Pump area
• Complete Pressure test, Flush and clean out all pipelines and structures
• In-house design and Engineering
• Repair of Saddles
