Section Rolling
- As industry specialists in section rolling Wenco can manage standard structural shapes such as pipe, angle, flat bar, channel, UB, UC & PFC as well as a broad range of aluminium extrusions.
- Wenco also offers helical & spiral rolling, cones, ellipses, and any number of more complex geometric shapes. Additionally, Wenco can manage custom jobs based on customer templates or samples.
What is the minimum wall thickness you can bend in Stainless steel for use in handrails
The minimum wall thickness we can bend in stainless steel is 1.6mm for 31.75 , 38.01, 50.8 and 63.5 the are a number of options in what radius can be used.
I have a curved window that requires a rolled frame. Is it possible to roll aluminium glazing frame to a 1200mm diameter to match a preexisting wall?
Yes, we can roll window frame to any custom diameter within the material capability. We can work to actual templates of existing structures or to measured geometry advised by the client
Is it possible to roll and bend some 50nb pipe in one piece to avoid welding different curves together
Yes, we can roll and bend pipe and tube as one piece. Just send us a drawing or sketch of the desired arrangement and we can advise the best solution
