We are committed to providing packaged solutions, offering immediate & long‐term savings in cost, weight & corrosion. Our innovative products are fabricated in state‐of‐the‐art facilities in O’Connor, Western Australia; dedicating a 20,000 sq metres space to precision engineering & problem solving enables large off‐site advanced manufacture of bespoke shapes & complex structures. Products include:
Bondstrand 2000M
Glassfiber Reinforced Epoxy (GRE) pipe system. Standard 0.5 mm internal resin-rich reinforced liner.
Bondstrand 7000M (*conductive)
* Conductive – Our conductive pipe systems have been developed to prevent accumulation of potentially dangerous levels of static electrical charges. Pipe, fittings and flanges contain high strength conductive filaments. Together with a conductive adhesive this provides an electrically continuous system.
We design and manufacture premium quality Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) composite pressure vessels which are the perfect fit for demanding offshore applications. Our pressure vessels use the same material, and filament wound manufacturing process as Bondstrand™ piping, which has been extensively used in offshore applications for the last 50 years. Manufactured using high quality glass and epoxy resin, and available from from 4 to 60 in. diameter, our FRP composite pressure vessels provide a lightweight and corrosion resistant alternative to metallic pressure vessels.
Using a combination of our unique Advanced Design and Advanced Manufacturing (ADAM) capabilities, and the outstanding reputation for quality that Bondstrand piping has; we can manufacture FRP pressure vessels to client specified design codes, including ASME X.
In-house capabilities in cutting-edge design and innovation, specialist fabrications, and a comprehensive range of engineering services allows our team of experts to provide high quality and tolerance, advanced automated manufacturing equipment and processes, as well as an all-inclusive solution, from offshore surveys, Finite Element Analysis (FEA), Computer Aided Design (CAD), through to manufacture and installation.
Structural integrity, weight and corrosion resistance are essential factors to consider in harsh offshore environments. We design and manufacture structural FRP products using high quality Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) composite materials which provide the optimum solution to these challenges.
Manufactured from phenolic resins, our FRP structures provide high temperature resistance, low smoke, and low toxic fume emissions, making them the ideal material choice for offshore applications.
Our structural FRP products can be customized, and are in daily use on offshore projects worldwide, providing assurance and confidence to users and owners.
Supported by cutting-edge design and innovation, specialist fabrications capabilities and a comprehensive range of engineering services, our team of experts provide an all-inclusive solution, ranging from offshore surveys, Computer Aided Design (CAD), through to manufacture and installation.
MARRS® can be used in most areas throughout an offshore installation except in specific areas where post‐fire integrity may be required (such as L1 & L2 designated safety escape routes)
For over 40 years Wenco & NOV have been the industry leader in engineering, expert technical services & design consultancy of GRE piping systems, FRP composite structures & thermoplastic drainage & civils, providing high-performance products with reduced weight & corrosion resistance.
